About Gift Boxes

A Gift Parcel
  • Can my gift box be delivered directly to the recipient?
    Gift Boxes can be sent directly to the recipient. The package will not contain a receipt or invoice, this will be emailed directly to you. If you are sending your gift ahead of a special date, simply let us know and we will add a sticker to your box to let the recipient know when you would like them to open the box.
  • How much do your gift boxes cost?
    We offer a range of gift boxes, suitable for all budgets. Our gift boxes are priced from £35 to £55
  • How will my gift box be packaged?
    All Gift Boxes are presented in a black gift box wrapped in tissue paper, with a handwritten card and envelope.
  • Can I select my own products for my gift box
    Of course. Choose up to four items and select a gift box at checkout. The cost of a gift box and complimentary handwritten card and envelope is £5.00
  • How long will it take for my gift box to arrive and what are the postage costs?
    We send all parcels on a 48 tracked Royal Mail service and delivery takes 2 to 3 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details for your order. We also offer a 24 tracked Royal Mail service for orders received before 10.00 for delivery in 1 to 2 working days
  • Can I add a personalised message to my order?
    All gift boxes come with a complimentary card and envelope, with your handwritten, personalised message. Simply enter your message in the box provided
  • What is your refund policy?
    In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or if you have a complaint about your item, or would like a refund, please email us at contact@sea-uk.com and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. To claim a refund, returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging with all the labels and tags attached. Once we have received the returned items safely, you will receive an email confirming this and we will credit your original payment. Unless items arrive damaged or we have made an error with your order, original P&P charges are not refundable. Please note, we will require photographic evidence of damaged items.

  • What happens if a parcel goes missing?
    IWe obtain proof of postage and tracking for all parcels sent and in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, please contact us at contact@sea-uk.com and we will be happy to help
  • How much is postage and how long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
    We send all our parcels by Royal Mail tracked services. Tracked 48 is £3.95 and takes 2 - 3 working days. For orders received by 10.00am on working days, Tracked 24 is £4.95 and takes 1-2 working days.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, at present we do not offer this service.
  • When will my order be dispatched?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. During very busy times, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch
  • Can I cancel my order once placed?
    If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at contact@sea-uk.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, please return the order to us unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days. Please note, unless items are sent in error you are responsible for the return costs and obtaining proof of postage.
